Will the theme be OK with the latest WordPress version 4.2 or should I hold off until someone else takes the plunge and reports back?

Thanks, all updated and site is running good.
I have updated wordpress to 4.2.1 and Newspaper to 4.6.3 and since then I am having problems with uploading media when adding new post. Upload works fine if I go to media/upload, but the upload is not working if I try to upload (add) directly when working with posts.
Any idea?
Usually this is from the post doing a backup at same time … and you get that annoying red error note. I usually increase the delay between automated saves in my wp-config file to help stop this issue since default is something like every 60 seconds it saves a draft and you can’t upload image while it’s saving a draft (not super useful…)

No its not actually. It just freezes. Upload bar is standing still and nothing happens. No errors, nothing.
It was a conflict with Yoast SEO plugin. If I disable this plugin it seems to work normally.

It seems to be some conflict between Visual Composer and Yoast latest versions, try this solution – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/yoast-and-visual-composer
If it’s not working switch to an older version of Yoast and see if the issue is still there.
