Woo Menu Login Widget

Hello how are you?

I’m using the Newspaper theme, and I have a bug that I can’t solve.

I am using the “Woo Menu Login” feature in my header, and when I go to login with a customer user, the account information menu does not appear on the main page, only on the other pages.

If I log in as an administrator, this menu appears on all pages, including the main one.

How can I solve this problem.

Hello, I did some tests on a new demo of ours and it seems to work ok for me. Do you have any restriction plugins?
Thank you!

Hello, thanks for the feedback.
I don’t have any restriction plugin. I just used the theme’s own plugin, the “tagDiv Shop.”
What I don’t understand is why on all other pages the user information is shown normally, but not on the homepage.

And it only happens to regular users. In the case of administrators, it does not happen.
I’ve looked everywhere to see if there is any restriction caused by some plugin, but I haven’t found it.

My website is https://www.fmconnection.com.br

Hi,

I believe I found the problem!

I disabled the cache plugin, and the user information started to work on the homepage as well.

I was using “WP Fastest Cache”. I have now switched to “WP Super Cache”. It seems to be working fine for now.

Thanks for the feedback and help.

Best Regards.

Hi,
I’m glad you found the problem!
Yes, it is possible when you are logged in with an administrator, the cache plugin to no longer deliver anything cache, but when there is another type of user to deliver certain cached pages.

Thank you!
