I think this problem started a few days ago. The desktop view seems fine, but I do not understand why the mobile homepage just displays codes. Nothing can be accessed. Please assist.

It seems you don’t have the tagdiv Composer and tagdiv Cloud Library plugins activated; please check if you have them activated; if made the update, please delete them, and install them from Newspaper -> Plugins.

Hi Anamaria, thanks for your response. I had updated the Newspaper theme, so I deactivated and deleted both the plugins and reinstalled and reactivated them from Newspaper>Plugins. The desktop view of the homepage is okay, but on mobile, it still shows a bunch of codes. Please assist. Thank you.

So, I checked, and it seems you haven’t set a homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/4o19WlV.png. It seems you don’t activate the plugin; please check if you don’t have an object file in wp-content.

Hi, as you can see at https://ibb.co/3StWRXN, both plugins are active. My homepage is also set to a custom page, which can be viewed from the dashboard on a computer.

Does this problem appear only when you are not log in? If so then it can be from a cache plugin.
