Hello,
As I said in the other topic, I don’t know what changes you made because the menu no longer works on desktop or mobile.
You can go to posts/categories -> as I said in the other topic, I don’t know what changes you made because the menu no longer works either on desktop or mobile.
Thank you!
Thanks for the response. Please I have been going through a lot of issues lately. My website will just go offline but all I do to fix it is to delete tagDiv composer plugin from cpanel>>file manager and upload a fresh one. And boom it will be fixed.
I don’t know what exactly is going on. I contacted my host and a scan was done but nothing was found. But this error happens every 24 hours.
A sample of the screenshot from when my website went offline is https://prnt.sc/GF9WYBK0bYxI
Pls, what can I do to prevent this error recurring again and again?? At first I thought it could be hackers but hackers can be performing this action every 24 hrs without nothing to gain from it.
Hello,
How many plugins you use? Does the server have resources? https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
Thank you!
I have done this before. I deactivated all plugins via phpmyadmin. Then I tried activating each plugin one after the other. Then I found out it is the tagdiv composer. I deleted and reinstall tagdiv and everything works fine.
But after 24 hours the error still comes again. And it goes after deleting and reactivating tagdiv composer. But I don’t want to keep reinstalling tagdiv composer everytime that is why am asking for a better solution.
I guess there is an attack that is affecting tagDiv plugin. But I haven’t figure out what attack and how it is done. I have activate file change notification security for now. I only thought someone might have ask for something similar here in forum or better still ask support of they have idea of fixing this issue.
The invected tagdiv composer file is here at hiideemedia.com/hak-td-composer.zip
I have checked through the folders and I couldn’t find a missing file. I don’t know if you can also check from your end.
Also I use lots of plugin on my website for different purpose but I am trying to think it is the security plugin (iThemes Security) that is causing this issue.
Is the composer not compatible with it???
