White Screen With Visual Composer Bakery Enabled

Hello.

I just moved my site to a VPS hosting and upon doing so I get a white screen with the visual composer plug in enabled.

I tried increasing my memory limit (google solution) and no help. Looking at my source some of the site is rendering but not all of it.

Basically nothing within the body tag. Any help would be appreciated.

Try fresh install of theme and visual composer, no child theme, all plugins off except visual composer, clear caching, at least 128mb for php.

same problem. i make clean install but still get white page and very high server load.

I’ve created a ticket on Visual Composer help section, one client who’s got a similar issue agreed upon sharing his credentials with wpbakery team, i’ll get back with a solution as soon as i receive an answer.

Ok thank you.

I was eventually got my page to mostly work. However if I use the tagdiv social counter everything under it vanishes.

Very, very odd.

My issue was resolved after updating the theme, and related plug ins.

Any news on the high sever lad with VC?

Hi,

The WPBakery team asked for some details, i passed the question to the user which provided access to it’s install but i didn’t get a reply so the the investigation got stuck. We’re also working on an alternative, we’ll come with an announcement in the following weeks.
