Why it's so f**king anoying to add smth to the header?

I wanted to add js script to the header once and now I can’t find option for it anywhere. I tried theme panel and cloud templates but still nothing. What’s wrong with your IT? Stop hiring indians, it’s not okay

Please use appropriate language.
If you want to include a code in the header, you can do it in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes -> https://i.imgur.com/luY5yis.png
