I have a problem with the template. I have added some plugins that help limit the writer’s Permissions and prevent him from publishing articles immediately, but rather sending them for review. But these plugins caused problems in Rank Math plugin, which made me delete these plugins. So I’m looking for a solution to restrict the permissions of the writer without affecting the important plugins in the website

You can change the roles and capabilities of your users from here: https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/
But, you can use a plugin for this, for example the Members – Membership & User Role Editor Plugin.
