I am using the News Week prebuilt template for my website heraldreporters.com and horizonnews.com and my users are complaining of not downloading images from my website, what could be the issues please.

To have the option to download the images, then please use the Single Post Featured Image instead of Single Post Bg Featured Image.

I don’t get you please, you mean from wordpress while making post, i should use the single feature image or from the cloud template?
i will be glad if you can use screenshots to explain further.
