This was lost many years ago.
Newspaper/Theme Forest is what I need to locate any identification/codes/docs that I need to be able to maintain my website/get support

Thank you for your reply. But I think you have misunderstood. I bought the Newspaper theme many years ago (3+) and the website has been live for many years without problem (4+) at http://www.remelife.com.
The person that built it and that has all the purchase data has just died in a car accident and the backup team just collapsed in the Ukraine. I have no access to them. I am the owner of the company trying to rebuild everything…
Now http://www.remelife.com has stopped working (TD composer does not work) and I cannot tell why. I need support but cannot get it without purchase details.

When I log into envato market place, the only login details I have been able to find, it says that I have no products.
Surely there must be some purchase/ownership credentials in the backend of my website theme, that i can find so that I can gain support.
For otherwise my dementia healthcare project will simply go bankrupt as I just cannot find a way to solve this problem.

But in my opinion it would be best to contact the people at envato and tell them that you no longer know the email address and password used to buy the theme, and that it was bought in 2018 by envato username: shooper69, and they will help you change your email address and password
There are many situations that can prevent the theme from working correctly, one of them can be the old version of the theme used with the latest version of WordPress, it can also be a plugin conflict or some elements set in a page.
To be able to say exactly where the problem comes from, we will have to have access to the site and be able to investigate.
