12.3 update broken footer

Hello, I have just updated to 12.3 on staging.bjpenn.com.. but the footer on mobile and desktop is not working as it should. none of the menu links are clickable. or the email links.

Hello @bjpscott !

Did you uninstall all the non-tested plugins with our theme before proceeding?
Do you have a backup as well?
It shouldn’t break when you make the update.
