I placed the required adsense text in the ad section, but on adsense page, it still says “ad.text not found”. I m attaching screenshots below. I also placed the txt file in the root folder. Could you please check if I did right? Thanks

You have to upload the ad.txt via FTP into your root directory (where the wp-config is located), then Google will find it.
But the file was uploaded to the root folder you mentioned, and I already mentioned that in the ticket. However, here is a screenshot of the root folder that shows the ad.txt was uploaded on feb 18, and still google cannot see it . Check the url below pls:

Please make sure you activated the Google Adsense code.
If the AdSense code needs to be set between head tags, this can be set in our theme in Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes. Example: https://prnt.sc/1tju9qf -> https://prnt.sc/10jk7fq

please make sure you read the ticket submitted by the customer carefully before you respond. Because if you did, you would have seen that there was a screenshot I included shows that what you said was done already
