Custom Post Type – Filter option

Hello team,

I am using directorypro with the Newsmag theme. I populate the custom posts using:
directory_dir_ltg post type. I filtered custom posts further using “Multiple Taxomnies filter” using the directories_loc_loc ID(It is location taxanomy). It also worked fine. But when i try to filter posts from the particular location, i have only option to use “Filter by Tag slug”. This “Filter by Tag slug” only looking default WordPress posts tags instead of CPT tags. That is the problem.

For example, when i try to populate the doctors list from Chennai. I first add the custom post type then i filter the location taxonomy ID “Chennai”. Then i filter “Doctors” category from “Chennai”. Currently the category dropdown only populates the default wordpress post categories, i can understand. As a work around i tried to use “Filter by Tag slug” to filter “Doctors” category.

This can be done if you provide option any one of these option:

1. If you provide option populate the categories based on CPT in dropdown that would be amazing.
2. If you provide option to “Filter by Tag slug” for CPT then that will resolve this issue.
3. Providing another taxonamy filter option to filter further.
