How to acheive this results of Slider with full content

My Homepage consists of Single news which has full content and if swiped to left , next news as per filter is Shown.
Please see the attached image.
How to achieve that.?
I know I can achieve that with Flex Block 5, however it has Read More , which I do not need.
Kindly advice

Anyway, as said In my Request, I need Full content and auto refresh to Pull in new Adsense Ad, and thereby getting a valid View also>
