When I edit my post using TagDiv Composer, I can see the side bar on the right but when I look at the page, the side bar appears at the bottom and the right side appears empty. Here is the page link: https://entertainment24access.com/reo-speedwagon-rocking-pompano-beach-florida/
How do I fix this and why is this happening when I see it correctly on the right side using TagDiv Composer?

You can drag and drop the elements in that column from the right side. Make sure the row layout is set to 2 columns.

Hi Bettina, when I’m in TagDiv Composer the right sidebar is on the right side. It only appears at the bottom when I view the page.

Strange! Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
