Hello,
We are having an issue with the mobile version of our website https://www.successfulhealthhabits.com/ the home page and a few other pages work fine, but the about page: https://www.successfulhealthhabits.com/about/ and the login page: https://www.successfulhealthhabits.com/tds-login-register/ seem not to be responsive, we don’t want the mobile version created with the theme. We want the content on the desktop version to be the same content that will be on our mobile version.
Hence, we prefer the AMP version, unfortunately, the AMP version does not work with the two pages mentioned, we chose the standard template on AMP plugin and it automatically switches to the Transitional template mode.
The website pages have “Exit mobile version” or “Go to mobile version” at the bottom of the footer. We can easily erase those text but the website always loads on the default mobile version instead of the AMP version like the home page and a few other pages working fine.
You should check the mentioned pages on mobile. I look forward to hearing from you on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your response, I deactivated the AMP version and Mobile theme and I seem to got what I wanted but unfortunately, after a few hours, the header for all both the Desktop and Mobile versions disappeared more also, the TadGiv editor didn’t load the page content in other to edit each page/post and is only buffering.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you
No, I didn’t make any customization with another page builder/editor.
Hello,
Thank you for your response, Elementor has been installed before this issue occurred, and the two editors have been co-existing.
I’ve disabled Elementor now and the issue still persists. TagDIv editor keeps buffering and doesn’t load the page content. I’ve previously deactivated and reactivated the TagDiv editor and no changes occurred.
Thank you
Hi,
Please do a full backup for the website and please get in touch with us via email at contact@tagdiv.com please provide wp-admin and cPanel access and also include this topic so we can identify you. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Also, during the investigation, know we will disable the other non-tagDiv plugins.
Thank you
Hello,
Thank you for your patience, fortunately, I was able to resolve the issue, the issue was not the editor but the header itself, I installed a new header and things started working fine.
I was able to restore the previous header to one day ago when it worked fine. So, everything is perfect now. TagDIV is no longer buffering and the header is now perfect as well.
Thank you
