It didn’t change. I just need to change the Widget Title and Post Count backgrounds. Please see image (link). I want to change them from yellow-orange to green. Thanks.

Hello,
The change is not applied because there is a custom body class.
So, you can delete it from Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom Body class -> https://i.imgur.com/Ex34yxc.png, or you use a custom code css.
Also, I recommend using Flex Blocks instead of blocks 1-25; those are from the tagdiv standard pack and can’t be customized as a Flex Block.
