On this page, https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/, there is a button at the top that doesn’t do anything. You click on it and then nothing happens. After a while I found out that the form was further down so I could just scroll down.

On this button, an id is set to scroll to the bottom of the page, where you can creat a topic.

Yes, but it doesn’t work.
When I look at the code there is a mistake in that element, as you can see below.
