Button url doesn't work to download a file

Hi,

I created tons of buttons on my website to download files.

But when i click the buttons, i have errors.

Do you think it comes from the theme or the download plugin that create the download url ?

Hi,

What do you mean by where the files are stored ? The url is wpcontent/uploads/2023/…

I use a plugin to have statistics on the files, which is Download Monitor, when i share a link, it looks like http://www.asso-hst.fr/download/23705/?tmstv=1679654079

The think is these kind of links work everywhere except the buttons, this is why i think the problems come from the theme.

Hi,

It’s oubviously a conflict between Newspaper theme and the plugin Download Monitor.

But because i have the problem only on the Newspaper buttons (and not on the image link or text link), i was wondering if you use specific javascript or class on the button that may be avoid.
