I have all my headers OK, except for the desktop sticky header.
My desktop header and desktop sticky header are identical.
I’m using the zone as a sticky.
In the Zone – General I have these parameters
ZONE SPECIFIC PARAMETERS
* Sticky Type: Smart Snap (ok)
* Sticky Offset: 72 <— (???)
* Transition Effect: None (ok)
* Opacity:1 (ok)
* Transition speed: 0.4 (ok)
* Sticky Offset: 100 <— (???)
I could not find any portion of the documentation explaining these 2 sticky offsets that made sense to me.
1) Can someone guide me through setting these?
2) I currently have it set so that when a person scrolls back up on the desktop that the header zone slides down.
When it reaches almost near the top, it disappears, and a bit later shows up as the regular header zone on the page.
How can we make sure it doesn’t disappear all the way at the top but stays there?
3) What if instead of sliding it into place I want to keep the zone up all the time?
I have noticed that there is way to make a row sticky, but I don’t see that on the zone.
My header zone consists of 2 rows.
When I make them both sticky, empty space is created between them.
In clarification of 1) above, I know from the help toolbar that it’s some kind of offset, but I don’t see any noticeable change when I set the values anywhere from -100 to 0, 100, 500 or 1000.
Also it’s not really clear what the difference is between the 2 offset values.
Does anyone have a video showing how it works?

The smart snap sticky type (header only appears when you scroll up) lets you control when the sticky will appear.

It is useful when you do not want to cover any banner, for example.
If you hover over the setting and you have this toggle enabled: https://prnt.sc/SxseKWMXE0Nt, then you can see what it means.
The transition effect refers to the animation of your sticky. You can choose the style of the effect (none, slide down, opacity), and you can control the speed of this action.
There is an issue with the second offset because the second one should be placed in the mobile header sticky section.
You can choose the sticky type always in order to not disappear.
