Banner Ads

Does anyone know if you can remove the banner ads that are now at the top of the backend of your website (Version: 12.3.1)? I do not mind the ads in the Newspaper plugin settings area, but having an ad appear on the backend everywhere is completely ridiculous.

The option to turn them off (the ads )can be found in Newspaper -> System status -> https://i.imgur.com/N5Iq4j6.png
