Change on hover color of url

I’m trying to change the color of the on hover color of the links on my homepage: http://www.chordzone.org

This is the code that i want to change: .tdi_59 .td_module_wrap:hover .td-module-title a

I found it using the Developer tools, but I don’t know where I’m supposed to change it to a different color
