I’ve worked with a web’s copy in a stage mode, now it’s ready and I’m trying to import the settings in the live web but the view it broke. Am I missing something?.

You copy the code and paste it to your new page. Also, the images need to be re-uploaded.

The website is huge, that’s why we only need to import the theme settings.
Only the database is 400mb because it a news website. We thought it’s possible to work only with the theme and then import the settings like other themes.

I think I’ve found the problem.
The theme has an update and it was still not applied in the stage web. In the live site, I’ve installed the new version and it broke the site.
So I’ve updated to the new version in the stage site and it breaks again so I think installing the old version in the live site will work, but what will happen if I update the theme?

When you update the theme, make sure the plugins are up to date too. You can delete and reinstall them.

All files updated in stage (working) and live site, but when I import the settings in the live site, it breaks. I’ve tried coping the cloud templates code and pasting in the live site, but didn’t work.

As I explained, that was not the purpose of buying the theme, because the website is huge (about 40k images) and 400mb of db. Even if I follow your recommendation, I need to start again because the live site’s database changed while I was working in the stage site (is has daily post creations)
Could you please provide really support for applying the configuration we made in the stage site?

If you want to copy only the Cloud templates, then go here: https://prnt.sc/NLiSeRRuF7MT and download the export file. Go to the live site and import this file: https://prnt.sc/s2uk72KM_nle Upload the file and import.
The settings from the theme panel can be imported/exported as in this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Ive tried with WP All Import and no success. Please could you tell which plugin can I use for exporting/importing the Cloud Templates and get all working?
We are so late with this theme update and we are using your templates in other websites without issues because we never changed the theme, now we change it in https://diariodeemprendedores.com and worked in stage mode, but it’s useless if we can’t import the settings in the live site

This is the same case because the usar says:
“What I would like to do is to migrate the theme and keep the content of the live site. I don’t want to migrate the staging website to live as a whole, just the theme. Any direction to this ?”
Your mates offered a different solution, and you keep telling me I need to migrate. This theme was our customer’s idea and I’m about to tell him to order a refund because you support.
