Bottom specific video area. Howto?

Hallo,
I would really create a specific area on the bottom of the page dedicated to videos.
Please have a look to this pic

You could also visit the bottom home page of this site from which I am grasping the idea:

In brief, I would like to create a full with dark section where to display videos or images.
Please any advice to reach this goal ?

Hi,

Unfortunately the Newspaper theme has a fixed grid layout and you will need custom modification to achieve that. You can add background color to that section(row) that you want to display videos articles – http://screencast.com/t/Xq3fc7jM but the the color will not extend more than the container width: http://screencast.com/t/ugbWqZNWlQaq

I understand what you mean. Background color doesn’t meet my expectations so I will try other solutions.
