How can I add an image to the post that would redirect to a custom web address.
In Gutenberg editor there is no such option “Link Settings”. Also there is no option to image alignment.

Unfortunately, your theme changes this standard wordpress behavior. If general modal image is enabled then the only way to link the image is raw html (<a href….)

I did a test and it seems to work for me, but it is possible that there are some options that our theme rewrites. If you want, I can invest, for this, I would need to know exactly the settings you have.
