Unfortunately, there is no option for Instagram sharing, all the share options can be seen in Newspaper > Theme panel > Social/APIS> Social Share.

Some plugins may have the option to share to Instagram, which you can then display for the website visitors https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-social-media-plugins/ Please try a few sharing plugins, this is the easiest method.
