Currently there is a free to register mode on my website.
I cannot find how to change it to post-registration activation of new profiles by website administration.
Could you plesae check and advise it.

Current process of signup:
1. Open signup window
2. Register
3. Enter a website with registered account
How it should be:
1. Open signup window
2. Register
3. Registration should be confirmed/activated by website administrators
4. Enter a website with confirmed account

No, if you want the administrator to confirm the registration, then you need to use a plugin for this -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/new-user-approve/
