Upgraded to version 12.4 and now my pages won't display properly

I upgraded to version 12.4 and I get HTML code when I access my website:

I get this if I access my site:

Also, I can’t access the website builder, there’s simply no option to use it to edit pages, I can only use WP and HTML. In other words, the theme is useless to me. Please help as this is an issue with the upgrade from 12.3. Thank you
