How do I put a subscribe bar like this website has put under the video

I think that is added by YouTube as option for your videos on your specific channel; might require xx number of viewers. Check the “sharing” options on YouTube for info on that widget.

Could be wrong .. but might be a plugin.

Hi,

You can try to find a plugin as theme doesn’t have an option for this. If you check other articles from that site you can see that the subscribe bar is not added bellow videos, it is added to the bottom after the post content – http://screencast.com/t/01YmgEqcTf7
