How to Remove Bespoke Web Message?

How do i remove the “Bespoke Web Development” messageBespoke offer in WP admin Home Page? There is no “X” anywhere to delete the message that has been there for months. Thanks

The option to turn them off (the ads )can be found in Newspaper -> System status -> https://i.imgur.com/N5Iq4j6.png
