I am a licensed user of the Newspaper 12 theme by TagDiv. The advertisement that appears on my website is actually a promotional ad from TagDiv, the creator of the Newspaper theme. When I access the site using Google Chrome on my cellphone, I see the Newspaper theme ad. However, it does not appear on the computer or in Safari. I would like to remove this ad from my homepage, but I haven’t been able to find any information on how to do so. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions regarding this issue?

Usually, the ads are set in the element AD BOX, and you can remove it, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport for phone and select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page

I apologize for the confusion. I am already familiar with using the tagDiv Composer and know how to remove elements using its interface. However, despite my knowledge and efforts, I have been unable to locate the specific “AD BOX” element mentioned in the previous instructions. It seems that the Newspaper advertisement in my theme may have been added using a different method or custom CSS code, which makes it difficult for me to remove it using the tagDiv Composer.
I kindly request your assistance in providing alternative instructions or guidance specific to my situation. If there are any custom modifications or specific CSS code that needs to be addressed in order to remove the advertisement, please let me know. As a licensed user of the Newspaper theme, it is important for me to have control over the advertisements displayed on my website.

Hello, I cannot remove the ads either. I have hidden all the ads boxes in the Theme Panel and they are still there. I cannot remove them via tagdiv bc they are not visible in any view.
