I checked the processes in the mentioned link but there was no solution.
No code has been added. I was just editing on the page and accidentally scrolled down field #1. then finally this error occurred and composer was not active again. drag and drop not working. I am getting the same error with composer on all pages.
We overcame the problem as follows;
Composer from Manager > Footer > New Footer import.
but how can i use that old footer?

hi, we solved the problem by removing the footer. We continued on our way by making a new footer.

You can try to check if you have a revision of the footer template, and try to use a revision, to not create a new footer.
