Custom font

Is it impossible to directly upload and use font files and CSS to the server, other than the functions provided by the theme?
I uploaded to the server using FTP, but the custom font is not applied.

I want to speed things up even faster.

I put fonts folder – fonts and css files in www folder on web server.
How do I write the @font-face path?

When I look at the developer tools, I get this error:
mongooz.co.kr/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?21′ from origin ‘https://mongooz.co.kr’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.
mongooz.co.kr/:1

GET https://www.mongooz.co.kr/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?21 net::ERR_FAILED 200

Did you add the font in Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts?

hello. I uploaded Pretendard woff as a theme font, but it was not applied properly in Windows.
