Security error in search

I think the theme has a security error in the “Search” section. Someone added a lot of noindex backlinks by searching on my site. And Google recognized those search links as a “Noindex” page (as the image attached). How should I fix it?

Hi,
This is not a problem with the theme, it is a general WordPress problem, when the search element is used, the link is also formed by the search parameters, and as in your case, I see that it also contains special characters.

Is there a way to prevent such attacks other than marking it as noindex page?
