How to edit a post template?

Hi,

How can I edit a post template? I’m currently using the Single Template PRO but I can’t find the way to edit it.

Second question, how can change the template used by all the post on the website? I currently have more than a 1000 post and I can’t manualy change them one by one (this is in case I would like to try another template if I can’t modify the Single Template PRO)?

Last question, how can I change the default template that will be used for all the new post that will be created?

Thanks

Hello,

You can edit the Single Post Template using tagDiv Composer -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0
If you have the same template for all posts, then you need to set it global here -> https://i.imgur.com/yG21rqe.png

Thank you!

Thanks a lot it worked perfectly. However, I have the following question:
When I look at a post on my website, I don’t see any sidebar (first picture) but when I edit it the sidebar appears (second picture): https://imgur.com/a/oHE0nR6

Do you know why I have this and how can I get the sidebar to show even on the website?

Hello,

You can set the source and via here https://i.imgur.com/4US0NFM.png and after add the elements in Single Post Template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/
Please purge the cache.

Thank you!

Hello Anamaria,

There is no cache problem as I can see my modification go live. The problem is things like the Sidebar appears while editing but then aren’t there on the live website: https://imgur.com/a/oHE0nR6 (you can see here the same post while editing and then after publishing it and you can see that the sidebar doesn’t show up with the published version).

Do you why I have this very weird issue?

Hello!

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hi Bettina,

I have almost no plugin installed except yours 🙂 And I’m not using any cache plugin (except is there is a default cache in your plugin that I’m not aware of). So I guess the problem comes from somewhere else.
