Problem pagination of the block "War Section"

HI,
I noticed that this block: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_downtown_pro/war-section-downtown-pro/ responds badly to responsive.
Seeing it on large screens of a desktop PC with, for example, a minimum resolution of 1920×1080 and up, the page is seen correctly as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/T2oxb6vJpM0-

Even on 15.5″ laptop screens it looks good. But smaller laptop screens the column layout is misaligned as seen from this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/vXumvK03NVLJ

The two small columns on the right scroll differently from the one column on the left.

How is it resolved?

Thank you

Hello @ersandrino !

Uncheck the option sticky from the last 2 columns: https://prnt.sc/LPwi-CENvlHk

Thank you!

Thanks but the problem still exists!

Try shrinking your browser window (thus simulating smaller laptop screens) and you’ll see the problem. The two right-hand columns descend with respect to the left-hand column. I’ll show you with this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/_pn_qXDoDv8a

Responsive doesn’t snap to the three columns at the same time, aligning them all together. It may happen that the alignment is different.

I await the correction

Thank you

Hello @ersandrino !

If I disable the sticky like this: https://prnt.sc/KcwlEZ0s7x3z from the last 2 columns (not inner columns), then the issue disappears. Delete your cache or try in an incognito window.

Thank you!

I did exactly what you are showing me but the question does not change: https://prnt.sc/LmupAFAiOht0

I tried to go into incogniot and clear the cache but nothing changes!

Have you tried resizing your browser by moving it manually? You will notice that the two columns shift incorrectly and do not follow the left column. Responsive doesn’t work as it should.

Yes, I tried and for me works as it should after that. If you want, we can take a look at this and investigate why it is not working for you. Contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

I keep repeating that the problem is not solved and you probably don’t quite understand what I mean.

I just put the video of your block on youtube (taken from your site): https://youtu.be/JWTHqMSQNq8

where you can see that the left column alignment does not follow the right column part.

The browser used is incognito (chrome but also on firefox the behavior is the same). You may investigate your site before providing you with access to the site.

Thanks for the example but I’m not interested in the one on your site. I’m interested in the block that I reported to you and with which I built my site. How long will I have to wait for the problem to be resolved?

Unfortunately, I have no ETA yet.

Thank you!

okay. Could you keep me updated as soon as possible given that it’s an annoying pagination problem!

Hello @ersandrino !

It is a simple adjustment: https://prnt.sc/3Dp6rmiehtgd
I can help you fix it via email, or you should wait until we add the fix in one of our future updates.

Thank you for understanding!
