Sign up and forgot password buttons not working help please

Hello there I need urgent help with my website its very frustrating. I’ve tried everything and no matter what i do its not working. All my software and plugins are all up to date. So when you go on my website and click on the burger from a mobile and click on Login/Register and then click on sign up nothing at all happens its as if the sign up button and the forgot password buttons are not there. I really hope I can get help with this and get it sorted as soon as possible. Be great if my customers could click the sign up button an sign up with there details. The problem also happens if you click on membership choose the paid plan and try and click on sign up it doesnt work. Thank you very much I look forward to you reply.

Ok so I have figured it out and got it to work when I select sign up and forgot password that is working fine when going to it directly.
But if I go to membership and select the paid plan and then click on sign up its not working just doesnt load at all to enter the sign up details. Hopefully you can help with this thank you

Hello Anamaria sorry for the late reply. But my website has gone back to not allowing visitors to click sign up or forgot password on both mobile and desktop. I have no idea why this keeps happening can you please let me know how to resolve the issue please. I really don’t understand how it isn’t working thank you

I have sorted it out thankfully. I just went on every page and re saved everything on desktop and mobile and all now seems to be working perfectly. Thank you for your reply

Hello Anamaria this is very frustrating. So last night I went to bed and everything was working great on both mobile and desktop. Now I have just went on my website and its not working again. There has to be something wrong somewhere. I havent been on my siteground hosting account and changed any settings at all I havent touched it. Was just all working fine and then all of a sudden its not working again. What could be the problem please I really hope we can find what the problem is thanks

Hello Anamaria yes it working because I’ve been on to my hosting site and saved the page again. But soon within the next few hours it will not work again. Ive just been playing around trying to fix the problem. It won’t work again soon tho unless I go back on to the sign up page on the tagdiv editor and save the page again. I do think that you are correct about a cache from my hosting site siteground. They have a Siteground Optimiser built in that does caching I think that this could be causing the problem but I am just guessing and not really sure. Have you come across the siteground optimiser caching causing problems before with other customers. I really have no idea why it keeps happening. Im guessing when the hosting site does the caching on my website its causing the problem. Its very annoying as I cant advertise my website untill the problem is solved. Thank you for your help

When the problem happens again. I won’t go to my hosting site and fix it. I will let you know so you can try it again while its not working and you can see exactly what the problem is thank you

Hello Anamaria. Yes the problem came back again yesterday. I have just sent an email over to the email address that you mentioned in the post above. Hopefully the Tagdiv team can get it sorted out for me as soon as possible thank you

Nothing, except for TD recommended cache plugins are installed.

How can this be fixed?
