404 issue from bbpress forum breadcrumbs

Hi,

I noticed breadcrumbs are not working good for bbpress pages, like;

1) http://128.199.172.169/forums/topic/%E0%A6%AE%E0%A6%9C%E0%A6%B2%E0%A6%BF%E0%A6%B6-%E0%A7%A7

=> When you are here in breadcrumbs Home => Forums (it links to current topic, it should be forum index page) and last element says => Majlish (it should be current topic name without any link)

2) When I navigate to navigation from above link http://128.199.172.169/forums/topic/%E0%A6%AE%E0%A6%9C%E0%A6%B2%E0%A6%BF%E0%A6%B6-%E0%A7%A7/page/4/
and I click at the last element of breadcrumb it says 404 not foud.

Please chceck with the link and let me know about the issue.

Thanks Sanny

Hi,

1. Check if the forum page is named Forums like it’s specified in the documentation – http://screencast.com/t/mkNnQPMBkWdb

2. Same cause as the one reported on the previous point. Try the solution from above and see if the issue is still there.

Thank you, Emil G.

Hi Emil G,

Thanks for your response. I did the same way you have suggested, when I navigate to a topic of a forum (Majlish) result is Home => Forums (It is linking to correct URL) but after this it shows => Majlish (Which is a forum name) and appends “/majlish” for current url. When I navigate into pagination within the topic now the last breadcrumb (majlish) link like “/page/4/majlish” and leads to 404.

Thanks let me know if I didn’t explained this clearly.
