My website show this critical issue in site-health section : “Page cache is detected but the server response time is still slow” can anyone help me ?

Please let only tagDiv plugins be activated, and check after. It is possible a plugin can cause this issue.
You can use this tool to find out more about your site speed and what may be causing the issue:
https://pagespeed.web.dev/
However, in the case of a slow server response time, that is usually related to the web server itself rather than a plugin. I would recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to ask if they can look into what is causing the slow response time. It may be that your server is overloaded and/or that you are exceeding the limits of your current plan.
