So I am providing online services to my clients and I want to provide then support. To do so the good way is by using Support Ticker to keep the client and my conversation private. I don’t want to open a public forum for that.
So I tried some plugins but turns out the theme is not giving me customisation option.
Do you know any best plugin or method that I can follow to include the Support Ticket feature in my website?

Hi Yash, there is no configurations that our theme can provide for Support Ticker, in the best scenario if the plugin provide shortcodes, then you can set those in pages that are already styled, otherwise it will be need to use css or changes in the plugin files.
