Custom Typography Doesn't work

Hello,

I’ve got a problem with enabling custom typography. I do these steps:

1. Click ‘Add Custom Fonts’ here: http://take.ms/xNbwb

2. Go to the page where I enable latin support for Google Fonts: http://take.ms/NvlMe

3. It said I need to refresh the theme panel. How do I do that? Just refreshing the page as usual? So I have the usual menu here: http://take.ms/Z5OCj

You see, there’s no ‘Custom Typography’ there.

So how can I add Google Fonts to my site?
