i have additional information plugin on my website. that plugin should work whenever i add in the urls of the youtube video and the image url from the other website. but its not showing the embed video or image in the frontend of the website. Can you update the theme to work with Additional information plugin.

A shortcode can be inserted by using the element called “Column text” or “Text with title”. For example, in the step3 here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/
“Column text” and “text with title” elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open, and you can add some text/code/shortcode there. Close the WP Editor from X, save the changes from Composer and view the page to see the changes.
Or you can use the shortcode called Video Embed.

all the youtube based shortcodes and link url’s aren’t supported by the theme at the current moment.

Whenever i add the video url in the additional information tab, i dont see the video embed in the frontend of the product page. for example

Then the issue is coming from that plugin. Please contact the support team for the additional information plugin. Maybe it has no support for the YouTube videos embedded. Please read carefully the documentation if they provided it.
