Has the development of new features for the Newspaper theme been stopped? The theme has not been updated for a long time. Do you have any plans?

Thank you for the answer.
By update I mean extensive innovations including new web trends and features like AI support etc. You are right, as you written, minor changes and bug fixes are made.
