Hello. I would like to know how I can create a table of contents with the titles at the end of a post. Newspaper has a native way to create it? Do I have to install an external plugin? Thank you so much.

Hi,
Yes, the Newspaper theme has an option for table of contents, but this can be used only on single post template there you can add the element “single post table of contents” – https://i.imgur.com/7mSLVJj.png in case you are using standard templates, then you’ll need to more to single post template from cloud or to use an extra plugin for table of contents.
