Error on home page, mobile home, header and footer.

I created a custom and mobile home page. The system does not identify them.

Also, I have a problem with the site header: it changes when going to other pages. And the footer has the same problem.

The site is new, it’s dicacash.com

Please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there.
