POST PAGE URL

When i create a post and then url are show genuine but when copy that url and paste it in another tab or other places. url comes like this:https://cryptocurrencypresale.com/cryptocurrency-presale-exp%d0%b5ri%d0%b5nc%d0%b5s-r%d0%b5cord-breaking-demand-amidst-market-recovery/. But actual url are:https://cryptocurrencypresale.com/cryptocurrency-presale-experiences-record-breaking-demand-amidst-market-recovery/. So please resolve this issue as soon as possible

i have checked permalinks and permalinks set to postname.i have provide a screenrecording link here:url issues.
So,please resolve this issues as soon as poosibble

Slugs are good also url are good,but when copy the url and paste into another tab then url structure contain %,$ like keywork and break the url
