I want to add a full -length content block between a bottom and the footer but I couldn’t do it.

1) there are two EMPTY INNER BOX in a small column in the mid block. How I can remove those needless EMPTY INNER BLOKC?

2) Then how I could add a full -length content block between a bottom and the footer?

They are from the inner row you’ve added and split into two inner columns. You can delete the inner row or set it like this: https://prnt.sc/QHLFrvAFWdVC
