Yes, I used to use WP BAKERY PLUGIN, but not any more. the Plugin was deactivated and doesn’t have updated version to compatible with the current PHP version. So, could you suggest removing them from the code in the backend?

I think that you need to activate the plugin to be able to delete the shortcodes. If you try to delete directly in the editor, maybe other issues will appear because maybe you deleted more code than needed.

The two codes were deleted after activating the plugin, but now the below error message shows when I try to save posts.
