Cloud template won't download

From the wordpress admin, under “Cloud Templates”, I try to import a cloud template. I choose my template, so far so good.

When I click the “Import Template” button, it says “Installating…”, and it stays there forever.

I checked my browser console. I get this error in the console:

I am stuck, can’t import templates. The feature appears to be broken.

I finally made it to work. The problem was a file system permission issue burried down the wp-content uploads directory
