How to add post settings panel for contributor role?

Hi guys,
I have seen that in the latest version of the theme, on articles, contributors no longer have access to the “Post Settings” panel as in the past.
Now contributors to my web magazine are no longer able to add subtitles and reviews to their articles.

Is there any way to add this panel back to contributors? Some code to add?
I think it is something useful for everyone else too.

You can use a plugin for this, for example the Members – Membership & User Role Editor Plugin.
