Hide flex block when no posts match filter (for breaking news)

I’m adding a flex block for breaking news on the home page. We’ll be using this rarely; only when there’s a very important “breaking” story.

The concept is to display this block only when there is at least one post in the category “breaking news.” If there are no matches, the block should not be displayed.

How can this be done?

Is there a better way to handle breaking news-type events?

Hi,

By default, if there are no posts in the block, then the block will not be displayed.
